First time seeing Mickey Mouse on a Chinese poster. Anyone know this?

Hey everyone,

Today is my first time seeing this Mickey Mouse poster in chinese. The owner claims it is limited release by Disney and also claims it is 100% authentic. Can anyone verify the legitimacy?
