It wasn't meant to be but it seemed so right. The signs were there but all Jane wanted to do was ignore it. The harder she tried, the more she couldn't do it. There was a time perhaps when she would have been able to say no, but that time was long gone.
Now, she was trapped, trapped in a love she wanted but wasn't sure she could have.
Tom took her breathe away, she wanted to be able to breathe, but with Tom, being breathless was worth it.
She wanted him so bad, but they seemed so far apart despite being so close.
Tom was a man in every sense of the word and she was his woman...or was she?
He was a man she wanted to be with, but deep down, she was sure he was a man she couldn't have.
