Singapore — Midas Protocol, an emerging blockchain solutions company has announced its Legal Counsel for Indochina region, Mr. Giang Le who will provide strategic input and legal guidance while the company is thriving in this ever changing global landscape.
Mr. Giang Le is an experienced legal and policy expert at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) — Department of Civil and Economic Laws, who cut his teeth across the public and private sector. He is currently working on numerous legislative/regulatory programs and advises the Government on laws enforcement — related issues of financial and banking operation, capital and securities market development, trade and investment dispute settlement mechanism which vested in the MOJ’s function. As part of work, he also assigned to be member of the Government’s negotiation delegations to international treaties and organizations such as TPP, Vietnam-EU FTA, WTO, etc.
He holds a MPA (Policy Analysis) from Indiana University at Bloomington — USA, a B.A (International Laws) from Hanoi University of Law and a B.E (Material Science and Engineering) from Hanoi University of Technology both in Vietnam. He was trainee at Center for the WTO Studies (New Delhi, India) and WTO (Geneva, Switzerland).
