Tiger Crane Punch Combo- Direct, full body movement

These punches are a section of Tiger Crane Form, I have been working them into my Essentials workout which deals mainly with Bow Stance to Horse Stance to other side Bow Stance, full body twisting and punching. I squeezed this workout in before work, I was glad I did!
