Mie dingin aka nengmyeon 냉면
Mie ini biasanya hanya ada pada musim panas saja. Seperti diketahui Korea Selatan mempunyai 4 musim. Bulan September - November merupakan musim gugur, Desember - februari musim dingin, Maret - Mei musim semi, Juni - Agustus musim panas .
Nah dimusim panas ini Mie ini muncul kenapa dinamakan mie dingin karena mie ini dicampur dengan serutan es...sehingga ketika dimakan rasanya segaarrr... Pada waktu musim panas di Korea suhu bisa mencapai 29 - 35 derajat celcius...sehingga mie ini menjadi makanan favorit di musim panas.
