HF 20 is already beign implemented by the witnesses on the steem blockchain

The much awaited hard fork 2.0 has finally come. There will be changes on how accounts are created and some other minor changes which to me, isnt much of an upgrade i once thought or viewed it woulda been. Infact as it is, less powerful accounts will become less influential by this new systematic changes on the blockchain. But still its just 2 years since this great project kicked off (year 2016) and yeah! there is still a lot of time to make amendments and great improvements on the steem blockchain.
