Why I don't use Milk.

in milk •  8 years ago  (edited)

I learned that when the pasteurization temperatures were increased in the 70’s it changed the milk and destroyed what milk really is.
It is written in Dr. Bill Code’s Book Winning The Pain Game
how, Dr.s Gustavo Bounous and Patricia Kongshavn made this revelation and created what would change the face of medicine for ever. https://books.google.ca/books?id=7Ex7zGVKsa8C&pg=PA62&lpg=PA62#v=onepage&q&f=false
Dr. Mercola also in 2010, reminds us of this easily forgotten information. “Because once milk has been pasteurized it’s more or less “dead,” and offers little in terms of real nutritional value to anyone, …” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-mercola/dairy-free-avoid-this-pop_b_558447.html
Then it seemed that different forms of Government want to eliminate any selling of Raw Milk….But why??
“Selling and buying raw milk is illegal in Canada. Is it legal to get it for free?”
“No. The Alberta Dairy Industry Act is very clear that the sale of raw milk includes trading, bartering and giving without expectation of compensation. Therefore, no licenced dairy producer can offer raw milk to anyone without the risk of contravening the Dairy Industry Act.”

So I decided several years ago to reduce milk intake and just utilize the important part. The bonded cysteine.
“ The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:

  1. A method of increasing the rate of synthesis, rate of replenishment, and concentration levels of glutathione in animal organs, comprising the step of administering to an animal a therapeutically or a prophylactically effective amount of undenatured whey protein concentrate containing substantially all the heat labile whey protein present in milk.
  2. A dietary supplement for a mammal comprising, in combination, Vitamins B1and B2 in amounts in excess of minimum daily requirements, for that mammal, together with a therapeutically or prophylactically effective amount of undenatured whey protein concentrate containing substantially all the heat labile whey protein present in raw milk.”
