HI friends how are you all, Today I come with another interesting, tasty, delicious and healthy recipe using Millets.

Today I preparing dish on using Millets and vegetables. It is very healthy. Just follow my steps for getting delicious recipe.

For taking millets in your daily diet we can avoid lot of health related issues very easily. Because it contain high fiber low carbohydrates. So it is very healthy.

Who have really want to control your body weight. Just take this Millets in your diet in daily basis. With in Two months we can reduce your weight very easily.

Try this recipe and enjoy with your friends and family members.

For Today dish I using Foxtail Millet, we can use as you need. But follow my steps.

For preparing this dish we need done ingredients. We need 1 cup foxtail Millet.,2 1/2 cup water, Salt, 1 cup mixed vegetables like carrots, peace, Beans capsicum, potatoes, onion, 2 green chillies, 2 table spoon gee, 1 Bay leaf, 3 cloves, 1 table spoon card ones, 1 table spoon Shasi jeer, 2 star fkiwer, 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste.

Now we go for how to prepare this dish.

For this we wash and soak foxtail Millet at least 4 hours before cooking.

Now take one pressure cooker, now add gee, after getting heated now add all dry spices like bay leaf and all those. Fry then at least 3 minutes.

Now add ginger garlic paste, fry it up to 2 minutes. Now add all vegetables.

Fry them all up to 5 minutes. Now add water and required salt. After getting bubbles now add soaked millets with out water too it.

Cook them up to 20-25 minutes in a low flame on covering lid over it.

Now see all are well cooked or not. Now it's ready to serve.

Enjoy this Millet Pulao with any onion or cucumber or carrot pachadi.
