Millet Lemon Rice

Hi friends Today again I come with another interesting healthy recipe using Millets.

Lot of members think about that Millets have no taste to eat so it's very hard to Taking in daily diet. But it is not True, Each millets have each different taste. It is very easy to take on adding some ingredients with it.

Some says it is very hard to cook, very hard to prey any dish using this. It is also not true only one thing we need to do is for preparing any dish using millets just Soak them at least 4-6 hrs before cooking. Then it take only 15-20 minutes for preparing any dish using millets.

Today I give details about very dimple and easy prepare dish that is Millets Lemon rice.

This Millet lemon rice one of favorite dish, we can prepare this dish in very quickly and easily too.

Today in my post I give full details about preparing this dish just follow my steps.

For preparing this dish we use any type millet but follow same procedure.

But hear I use kodo millet for this dish. Now I give details about what ingredients we need for preparing this dish.

1/2 cup kodo millet, 2 cup water, Salt as required, 2 spoon oil, 1 table spoon must edge seeds, 1 table spoon to or Dal, 10 coriander leaves, 1/2 tea spoon turnarounds powder, 2 red chillies, 2 green chillies, 1 small size Lemon, 2 table spoon peanuts, 10 cashew nuts.

Now I give details about how to prepare this dish. Just follow my steps for getting healthy, tasty Millet lemon Rice.

For this first we take millets wash them, then add 1 1/2 cup water soak them up to 4 hrs.

After that boil those u till millets cook well. Then transfer them into large plate. Keep aside until it's cool completely.

Now take one non stick pan, heat it well. Now add all ingredients remaining lemon. Now fry them all upto 3 minutes. After that transfer those into cooked millets.

Now add required Lemon and salt. Mix them well. Now serve this Millet lemon rice with curd, veg salad or anything you wish.

Enjoy this dish with your friends and family members. It is good choice for Breakfast, Snacks or even lunch box too.
