30 Minutes Guided Meditation for Beginners

Namaste Mindfule Hivers,
Hope you all well and keeping safe.
"Keep Calm and Carry ON" can be easier said than done particularly during this challenging time. Among many things, meditation can help center and focus the mind and avoid unnecessary anxieties for the things beyond our control. Meditation also help bring back home and make us realize what is really essential and what is just for temporary pleasures.

I have recently uploaded 30 minutes guided meditation for beginners which you may find helpful if you are interested in trying out meditation. It is available HERE.
