There's no wonder that mindfulness covers everything, it benefits every aspect of life. You will notice, realizing this is not everyone's cup of tea. Because most of us are not aware, present, and mindful in our life. I wouldn't say I'm an expert on this but sure, I try to get the advantages of mindfulness. And there's no need to say how much this can impact our relationships. I would not sit these can just work for love relationship but these are actually beneficial for any kind of relationship.
