In this episode I'm talking about all things mindfulness. What is mindfulness? Why practice mindfulness? And also sharing 5 tips to increase your mindfulness practice. By the end of the video you will have all the tools necessary, and know everything you need to begin practicing mindfulness.

I have had a mindfulness practice for close to 10 years now and it has transformed my life, its increased my level of peace and happiness and allowed me to experience every aspect of my life more fully.

The 5 mindfulness tips I share are:

  1. Mindful activities.
  2. Focussing on the breath.
  3. Become aware of the sensations in your body.
  4. Remove distractions.
  5. Include a 10 minute morning meditation into your daily routine.

Nice video! Couldn't agree more, while retreat's are awesome for big substantial long term changes, it feels like the consistency of a daily practice is where benifets really begin to be felt.

Your right there. As nice as it is to have a few days away completely separated from our day to day activities, this is only an opportunity to intensify our practice in order to better incorporate it into our daily lives. Day to day and moment to moment is where we can have the most impact on our lives.
