Published a New Book

This year has been perfectly imperfect for me in the most beautiful way. I intentionally decided to push beyond my limits and be mindful of living every day than surviving it. But this, this is beyond me. I'm still in awe and grateful.

Refocus: Self-care approach to mindfulness is my new book as a first time author. My mind was thirsty to connect with the world and I allowed it in this book.

It's time we adjusted our lens and reboot ourselves. Currently, we are the most dangerous animals in the world. The Earth is dying. Our minds are not in sync with the universe. The act of destruction is weakening our human essence. Our minds rot as our bodies get stronger. I share nuggets that exercise the brain and ground us to the core meaning of life.
