Have you ever think truly about the word "Mindfulness" and is it really applicable or it is just some words and speeches in a book. Does it worth to pay money for that book? Is it gonna make me happier? Well, if you think that buying a book you will make you happy, you're wrong. Mindfulness is about paying attention. Paying attention to good details around you that have taken for granted and get used to it. It is about feeling and sensing every thing going around you. For example, having a walk in the park and enjoying the breeze and the air, noticing the beauty of the flowers. While eating, smell the food, eat it and enjoy it and love it. Ditch your mobile and turn off the tv and give all your senses to the food you are eating. Read a book, read it loud and give all of your attention to the book.
This is what Mindfulness is, it is not about being blank. It is about getring rid of the negativity around and focus more in the positivity. It is not an easy action, it will not happen in one day by a magic stick. It is exercising and working on it everyday untill it become a daily ritual.
