It’s a book to change mind-set or way of thinking**
Very first chapter is starting with the connectivity of mind & health where one story writer define the process. There was a lady who had an unfortunate heart attack. When the doctor came, doctor asked why this was happened.
She replied as she don't know anything. Doctor found that her husband is living abroad for job purpose and she always busy for the kids & schools. But this isn't the main fact of heart attack! Doctor define, her conscious mind always think for her husband and it's an emotional breakdown to make her feel sick.
What we can learn is ;
Thinking a lot with emotions is one of major reason as body is connected to our main system of mind. Mind can be separate from the body but we can do it for minor time and it may come as anger or love.

The second chapter I am sharing the review with you is, there has some scientific technique of our eating habits which can change our life for all the time.
The writer "Earl Ubell" wrote - his father was overweight and he was so. When his father died it was too shocking moment for him because he saw the image of his father like slightly open mouth with Grey face which was not that much normal. After his father passed away he never think of change but after 8 years later he decided to change eating habits instead of regular meat corns.
It was too hard but when the mind got enough calorie to work it's OK.
If you are 50% overweight of your body then you must think something better for you. If it's 15% then that's level should be maintain. Each success makes our brain to be hungry and eat & the limit is us.
Chapter 3
In this chapter Mr. John J. Fried explained about the medical treatment of Mrs Andrew's and about some medical terms.
As far our mind is relative to the body, while we afraid of anything we will have some sort of protective situation made by our body or tissue. Body functioning is more under drugs where brain does not. Particularly disease can get recovered by drugs with a certain period but if minds down it rather tough where biofeedback needs to train well to recover.

There are two types of stress, one is the loss of the most loved thing/person and another is a person's level of aspiration in a job!
There has some particular period when stress has developed. It can be from very first love, excused with exams, early marriage & money supports, worries of career choice etc.
More than that there are few stage should have developed in childhood as now a days the parents save their child from facing stress where they protect. Sometimes it should have gone through the children so that they can know or learn the managing stress.
Lastly, each life period has different types of stress to face but the power of adjustments or environment or support may cope up the situation to lead healthy life.
Though we are not that much known with meditation but in this chapter a bunch of thoughts to learn. Overthinking is a risky factor for us while it can have different impact on health. There has a way to reduce like by taking a particular time to think what is making mind busy.
—How your mind can control your life
There has a chapter as how to take charge, I read about three times & understood that most of us are having similar mind-set on reaction of people. For an example, if somebody did anything weird we react or if somebody doing the right thing that also we react but the prospective is different. If that is limited then good luck.

Everytime I read this book I learn something new as goal or as tips for life! We people speak to others thousands words but sometimes we hesitated because we don't want to tell or we don't know how to express. If you try to speak your father in a single room or in a open place by expressing your heart that might not hurt him rather he will feel good inside.
The only thing is we don't know how to speak to them! Time investments exist, once you try to express your words to people you feel you are getting more time to work & think further.
