It all started very smoothly. The kind of "too good to be truth" smooth. Well it lasted till week nr 2 when I felt severe pain in my left ankle doing my final run of the week. On minute eleven couldn't take it anymore and stopped the run. All of my friends were saying I've made a typical rookie mistake by over training in the beginning. At one point they almost got me convinced :D
Took a couple of days off from week 3 and now all seems fine. 24 days with no alcohol and fully on power plant diet. It is a challenge sometimes eating only plants I must admit, but the energy I have keeps me going. I am also starting to sleep way better than before.
Also manage to find a bike finally https://www.specialized.com/us/en/mens-rockhopper-pro/p/128989?color=240212-128989 Any opinions?
Overall Week 3 I did 2x running, 2x swimming (with a coach), 2x technical and 1x physical training.
Let's keep on pushing
Bye for now
