Procrastination - The anxiety of delaying or putting off something can also reflect on an individual’s mind and may affect attention and concentration. Everyone knows that, this is bad for them but they still do it.
Being judgemental - It is a bad thing to do as we are not always correct and it takes away rational thinking from us. But we do it, sometimes knowingly and sometimes unknowingly.
Overspending- We know that it isn't good for our financial and emotional health but we end up doing it owing to our unlimited wants and desires.
Sleeping late - In this age of technology, the pattern of sleeping has completely changed. Forget about sleeping late, youngsters have turned into insomniacs.
Stress Binge eating – People who binge feel bad about their sudden weight gain and that further leads to low self-esteem. Moreover, they are in prone risk of getting Type-2 Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure.
Watching Porn – There are numerous experiments which resulted that watching porn affects negatively on relationships.
Expecting from people - We keep saying that not expecting from people is a wise thing to do. But sometimes I wonder if it is possible for anyone to do that? All of us expect less or more but we do.
Too much screen time - Sometimes due to the need, sometimes to stay abreast with the latest happenings and sometimes due to addiction, screen time has increased manifold which everyone knows is bad but nothing changes.
Ignoring physical workout - Everyone knows that it is important to do. But still most of the people don't do it as either they are very lazy or they don't feel the need to do it.
Being in comfort zone - One needs a lot of self-control and courage to come out of it. Hence most of us choose the easier option and keep staying within the comfort zone.
So if you are struggling with one of these issues, then its the best time. Not tomorrow, Notsometime later instead why not ""NOW"" Think about it.
