People always think about success and achievement in a false manner. Success is not about the triumphant moment when you walk those steps up and take your prize after a hard battle.
Success is not about the moment you beat your opponent or achieve something that you set out to do a long time ago.
The measure of your achievements is much more valuable than your passing moments of pride and enlightenment. In today’s blog post, we will talk about your ultimate moment of glory.
Your ultimate moment of glory is none of those mentioned above. Your moment of glory is when you are hell bent on doing something and you refuse to take no for an answer or give in to your compulsions and temptations for comfort.
Your moment of glory is not the moment you walk up the stairs to that stage.
Your moment of glory is when you wake up every day, and despite your moody brain, you decide to work out. You decide to sit down and do your job. You decide to perform your tasks, come hell or high water, and achieve your goals.
It is difficult to keep up hope. It is difficult to wake up every day and be as motivated and energized as you were before. Surrendering is easy. Taking the easy path does not require you to sweat or work hard.
But despite all of these temptations, you decide to get up and do it. That is your moment of glory.
What do you think about when no one is watching? What do you do when no one is watching? What do you do in the darkest hour of the night, in the vast solitude of your mind?
Today, you are doing something that no one is willing to do. Tomorrow, you are going to do something that no one can do. This is the ultimate rule of life. This is the ultimate formula for success.
It is not about winning. When you wake up every day, and you start doing things and taking steps to realize your goals, you have already achieved your moment of glory.
Be proud of yourself. Not a lot of people are willing to do that. That is why there are so many few successful people, and most of them live a life of mediocrity and acceptance.
Keep asking this question: What am I doing, every day, when no one is watching?
If the answer to that question is worthwhile, then you know that you are on the right path. If you are ashamed of your answer, then know that you are wasting your potential and throwing away your destiny.

It's true that getting ourself motivated everyday is difficult. Once we plan out something then initially we are super motivated but after certain period of time it goes away. At the same time if we don't get distracted and ensure that We will do the same as planned then surely we are oj the right way. Passion plays a vital role in this. @chbartist, Yes, we should not hold the fear of what others think about us because at the end of the day we are responsible for our lives and we have to direct our life where we want to see our life should be. But yes, many hide their talents and capabilities and they keep it to themselves and they never give themselves a chance to shine and it's self injustice. The thing is, there is an iota of egocentric feeling in every man that erupts whenever we are being called up to receive an award on stage at the full glare of multitude of people. But on a second thought, this has cloud so many peoples' sense of direction to the point that the WILL to achieve greater things will be gone. Unnecessary mental and body fatigue keeps on setting in when they are alone simply because they're not doing what they do because they truly love it and live for it but because they want to show off unnecessarily to everyone by all means. If you do positive things in your alone time with utmost sincerity of heart (even when the odds is up against you) and not to intimidate people, then true and lasting glory just always find a way to creep in and makes you feel so good always.

what you think and do when you are alone or when no one is watching is the reflection of your real personality. many people present themselves of good personality when they are with their finds or family but truly enjoy thinking, acting and reflecting the opposite when spend time alone. its very important to be loyal to yourself and do what is what right before you, do things that aggravate and help you achieve the desired goals when no one is there or watching you.

When an artist gets highest prize for his/her performance, millions of people around the world watch that triumph scenario through t.v. and congratulate with respect and honour from the deepest part of the heart, the artist gets inspiration for doing more good jobs than that. On the other hand one became doctor after studying medical science that's means he got his achievement, no one cares that, and the doctor reluctant to carry out his job, glory should be kept alive by ones performance as you said in your excellent article. As you can imagine, I have quite different ideas regarding success.
For me it is very simple. Success is whatever we define it as. The key is to not raise the bar too high or set it too low. Something that is challenging but achievable. Failure can be a great teacher but too much of it can crush us.
