Focus your main on what really matters

Attention is one of the scarcest and most abused resources a person has. Most of the time, we don't even know it. We spend a lot of attention on things that don't matter. We may have such an experience, originally open the mobile phone to see the time, but the result attention is attracted by the information on the mobile phone, so open the mobile phone to browse the information, imperceptibly, after watching a dozen minutes suddenly found that they were to see the time, rather than pay attention to the information itself. At this point, my attention is being misused for things that have nothing to do with the goal. Looking back on my previous experience, I found myself in a similar situation many times.

My attention was not focused on the goal, so I could not be really focused and efficient in work, study and life. Attention is an amazing thing. It takes root wherever you put it. Put in the right place, it can bear fruit, put in the wrong place, it will bear fruit. No matter the positive or negative consequences, the final is to eat. We must always be aware of whether our attention is focused on what really matters. In this noisy and chaotic era, we are too easy to be external noise interference, and ignore to listen to their own inner voice, we can not calm the heart to precipitate their own, do really important things, just aimlessly frenzied chase, the result of their own tired, scarred, nothing. It all stems from the fact that we spend our most precious attention resources on the things that don't matters.
