Hi everyone, I'm Molly. I just joined steemit. I'm looking to network, socialize and learn about using a blockchain. I'm a mindset engineer (if you haven't heard of that before, it's ok, I'm the first one, I kinda made it up).
I used to be a mechanical engineer working in aerospace but I realized that all the problems we were trying to solve stemmed from a bad corporate culture instead anything technical.
So now I work with individuals and corporate teams to tailor a mindset and culture that promotes innovation and goal achievement.
