Do you like to play Minecraft? I don't!

I like computer games and console games. In fact, I like it so much that I rarely play them. Do you know why? A few weeks ago, I intended to spend a little time with the game named Town Star from Gala Games and it totally ruined my day as I was unable to stop. I got addicted. As a result, I quickly had to cut away the game from my time and I haven't touched it since then.

In other words, I easily get addicted to games and that is exactly why I keep my distance. But, there is something strange about Minecraft. I have seen it many times, I have even seen my own kids play it, but I have never even been tempted to play it. Whenever I start, I just feel like this is way to stupid, and I feel like I am taken back to the 90s when it comes to the graphic of the actual game.

So no matter what, I have ever even felt tempted to get started with the game. But, even though I never wanted to play it myself, I have recently created a server for Minecraft Bedrock version. Do you know why?

Why did I just create a Minecraft Bedrock server?

My kids are attending school and they want to play with their friends. Until now, they have also invited their friends to play Minecraft with them at the same time, and when my kids were online, their friends could connect and play in their world together. But, when my kids didn't play, the friends no longer had a chance to work in that actual world. What was the solution? To create a Minecraft server that would be online day and night, meaning that everyone in the group of friends can connect, play, and build whenever they want to.

And thus, started my quest to setup a Minecraft server. Luckily, it was very easy and I got it all done from 0 to 100% in less than 45 minutes.
