From dust we come and to dust we shall return- a sentence that is referring to the aspect (aside from our soul) which never disappears just recycles back into the earth- Minerals π
ππ½
A living system cannot create minerals, they must come from the soil, deep earth, they are a god given gift πβ¨
ππ½
Any and all biological functions on earth require a mineral to activate it: a bio-spark plug β‘οΈ. There are 102 minerals, which most are required in minuscule amounts (trace minerals) πͺπ½ (notice even lead, mercury, arsenic, aluminum, lithium etc- in the Mineral form, Are required).
Red blood cells contain iron, which attaches to oxygen π. Minerals are inorganic substances that are found in soil and rocks π. They are essential nutrients that the body needs to survive and carry out daily functions and processes... πYou require these important nutrients daily from food and water. π¦π
π€
Only thing is our soil (where food comes from) instead of having 70-102 minerals, has only 4-18 at best... π©
where do we get the rest? >>>>> respond to this post for more details, should you want to π
