Any and all biological functions on earth require a mineral to activate it: a bio-spark plug ⚡️. There are 102 minerals, which most are required in minuscule amounts (trace minerals) 💪🏽 (notice even lead, mercury, arsenic, aluminum, lithium etc- in the Mineral form, Are required).
Red blood cells contain iron, which attaches to oxygen 🍎. Minerals are inorganic substances that are found in soil and rocks 🌋. They are essential nutrients that the body needs to survive and carry out daily functions and processes... 👉You require these important nutrients daily from food and water. 💦🍃

Only thing is our soil (where food comes from) instead of having 70-102 minerals, has only 4-18 at best... 😩
