The dipstick mode deep sleep is if no event is triggered after 5 seconds the gps and the wi-fi modules will stop working and the gsm module will enter the deep sleep at this point ptl will only recap and upload a heartbeat data to maintain connect with the server to see power and also could save the data flow for example in this scenario as that the gps timing travels to 10 minutes.
