I have had my own experience with coinbase responsevness, as you can read on one of my posts here https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@bigb123/warning-coinbase-users-think-twice-before-you-travel-to-cuba

The Helpdesk appears to be seriously understaffed as new members pour in. It is a good company though, so don't worry. I'm sure that they will reply (with delay) to help you resolve this issue.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Yea hopefully it gets sorted out as soon as possible. If not we'll have to bail on out. Just wouldn't be worth it to us.
