xmine.org has run out of bitcoin, is this the end?

I have about 110 US dollars in xmine cloud mining power. I have been using the service almost a month now. Yesterday for the first time I had a withdraw fail for me. So I looked on the block chain explorer and found the account I have been getting paid from in the past is now empty!!!

Thats the address I have been getting xmine payments from and you can all see it is empty. Is this the end of xmine.org's "cloud mining" service or has this happened in the past and been fixed?
