Interesting ! But it's correct only for today and for your local market.
Maybe in one week another algo/currency will be in top of the charts of whattomine. Price of GPUs may increase/decrease because of demand.
I think you should repeat this math for a long time and eventually seize an opportunity (large discount when a new card will come out).
