I want to start by saying if you find a mining program useful you should support the creator with a donation. Debate is raging online about whether mining apps that are no longer being developed should have their Dev fees removed.
I wanted to share a easy way I found to download mininers already compiled without the dev fees included (doesn't work for all miners).
Really simple download nicehash legacy : https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashMinerLegacy/releases
Unzip to a location on your computer & run Nicehash it will download all the 3rd party miners for you.
Locate the bin & bin_3rdparty folders in your Nicehash Folder, Inside these folders you find the 3rd party miners. Most are compiled without the dev fee.
Copy the miner you need to another location and configure as normal
Enjoy Dev fee mining. Note not all miners are compiled without dev fee.

for stack you might have to. They only have XMR-CPU and XMRIG (for cryptonote) with no dev inside on nicehash for now but I don't see why they wouldnt be adding it soon. But they have other miners compiled without fees too
