Hashflare review (Cloud mining)
There are tonnes of companies operating cloud mining but only some which are reliable. Since Genesis contracts on SHA-256 are sold out I decided to invest in Hashflare.
Contracts on Hashflare are valid for 1 year. The mining starts ‘’instantly’’ and pay-outs happen every 24 hours.
The price is 1.5 USD/10 GH/s = 150 USD per TH/s.
Currently the monthly pay-out is $84 per TH
Maintenance fee is 0.35$ per TH per 24 hours (approx. 14%)
Daily returns on Hashflare averages 1.25-1.5 % per day. Which currently makes the ROI just over 2 months (not accounting for increases in mining difficulties).
What makes Hashflare so profitable compared to Genesis mining is the ability to REINVEST the earned BTC into more hashrate. The reinvest function provides an exponential growth on your investment.
F(x)=AB^X
F(x) is the hashrate one will have after (A) original bought hashrate * (B) daily return in percentage ^ (X) days of reinvest.
Calculation example: A=1 TH (150$) B=1.25% daily X=365 days of reinvest
F(X) = 1THx1.0125^365 = 93,15… TH
After 1 year of reinvesting one will have 93 TH of power which will earn 9384$ = 7812$ per month – 14% of fees = 6718$ pure profit per month!
