    Hi Shervin,
    Thanks for the comment. I regularly talk to people from the miner on the ground right up to the CEO's. I actually get a lot of support from the high level managers, but again they wont put their balls on the line to implement change.
    the entire industry at the moment is focused on self preservation rather than true efficiency and savings.
