This change was made after I complained on the steemitabuse chat channel - it was very easy to find about $1000 @minnowbooster abuse per day upvoted shortly before payout, and often it was too late to retract the votes.

Congrats forgiving help cleaning this place, it is really some good thing for the community what you have done. Abusing voting bots to make a sort of ROI is simply wrong, because this way some users take money from the reward pool, which could be used to pay good posts which bring value to the platform.

Not indicating that the content you copy/paste is not your original work could be seen as plagiarism.
