Hello. I started using this service yesterday, and I was following instructions from another user so was certainly going quite slow and not at all bot-like. But somehow I am blacklisted, and since asking in discord, cannot load that now either. Please advise how this is sorted out, as it appears while blacklisted my SBD are stuck with you.

For the future, there needs to be 2 very simple changes, for the benefit of users and for you to have happy customers. 1, a short and concise do's and don'ts guide that's flashed up for all new users, or is at least accessible from the users menu. And 2, when blacklisted, please tell the naughty user why this has happened. If they are a bot, they won't care, but for us humans, we need to know what we did wrong so we don't do it again.

I have no idea how I got blacklisted, but clearly there could have been some advice that would have prevented it.
