Minnowbooster vs Genesis Mining returns

Genesis Mining has been my 1st choice of investment for the last 6 months, but now that they have been out of bitcoin cloud mining contracts for the last month I have been looking for other opportunities.

The returns of the bitcoin cloud mining contracts have been about 15% per month. A big negative has always been the fact that you don’t your initial investment back. This is a big deal because it takes much longer to get into profit. This increases the risk. Anything on the internet is very risking because things can change very fast.

Fortunately I started with Genesis Mining 16 months ago so my risk period is over. I have my initial investment back. That is why I started slow and small and build my account with compounding and commissions.

The yearly return for Genesis Mining is 15*12 but then you need to subtract 100% for your initial investment you don’t get back. When you invest for longer than 12 months the returns increase a lot more.

By investing in cloud mining contracts you are contributing to the sustainability of the crypto currency network of mining network. No crypto currency will exist without mining machines.

Minnowbooster is still new to me. I made 1 small delegation a week ago. The returns are small at 2% per month, but there is almost no risk. The reason is that I am not handing any money (steem) to Minnowbooster.

This opportunity is great for big investors who would like to make a small but very safe daily return, because you are not handing over any money. When you are a small investor like myself and allocate 150 SP you only see small returns like $0.129 per day.
