Fellow Steemians - Try going to #Introduceyourself once a day to Discover, Follow, and Upvote a Newbie

It doesn't have to be everyday but make it a few times a week where you do this

How I do It..

I go to the #introduceyourself tag and go to "new" ( not "trending" or "hot"). I will then go look at the Titles of some of these Posts ( of brand new Steemians) and see if something catches my eye and seems interesting and engaging to me. I prefer someone who may have similar interests to me. I will read their new blog post. And make a Comment that adds to the discussion. Then I will Follow and Upvote. And start interacting with their blog on a regular basis./

Why Do This ?

If you want our Platform to continue growing in a healthy way we need to do this. Attracting new (and productive)Steemians is the blood line of this Platform. Without continuing to have new members join, we will stagnate and die. So we need to continue to bring in high quality newbies that want to continue this great tradition of interacting, supporting, and growing with Steemit.

Conclusion..

So I cannot stress how important it is for each one of us Steemians to be on the lookout for talented newbies who will add great value to our ecosystem here and spur on Growth. And by going to #introduceyourself and finding Steemians with potential and Following and Supporting them will help this Growth.
