Steemians today I'm going to give the minnows of steem a little advice while at the same time telling you all some places that are ideal for minnows looking to build themselves up both with active followers and their wallets.

Additionally I'd like to recommend @buildawhale @buildawhale is one of the absolute best up-vote bots here on steem the creator and owner of @buildawhale is @themarkymark he to is a steemit witness and one of the most honest bot owners on steem. I mention this because one time a user I am not specifying the name but this user made a mistake like we all do and sent him 700 steem now typically you wou;ldn't expect that much steem to be given back if a user makes a mistake that expensive truthfully a lot of people would have kept it, not @themarkymark he sent it back with out hestiation and that right there in itself goes to show the kind of character this man has, that is rare for someone to be so honest and to carry that type of integrity not only does he have @echowhale and team's witness votes but I do try to model @echowhale off of @buildawhale so again minnows if your looking for a good up vote service other than @echowhale I recommend @buildawhale and @smartsteem
Suggestions
Be honest when you are creating your post, don't copy others and other websites material and then post it on steem and if you are using something from some where at least have the courtesy to refer to the source so that way people can go back and look over the original content if they'd like to.
Learn from your mistakes meaning if you mess up learn from it don't make the same mistake again, because there is a good chance you will get the same results. There is a saying live by well kind of a question/statement Why do we fall down? So we can get back up these are words to live by and no matter how hard something is if you live by that phrase you'll never go wrong. (Keep in mind steemians I am part bot part human so yes I do have sayings and quotes to live by.
Integrity as I mentioned earlier @buildawhale received 700 steem by mistake and he sent it back, thats a form of integrity that will always bring value to anything your involved in. The guy is a witness and if hes looking for votes and you the steemians want someone whose going to do right by you who else other than someone who could have just taken 700 steem because of a user error would you pick? a person with integrity is a person you can trust. (Again this is strictly my opinion)

4.Feed back helps and encourages people this statement is true when I first posted on steem I had gotten no feed back, however I came back a few months later and after my 2nd post I had gotten tons of feed back thats what kept me coming back to steemit and after I started getting followers and regular comments from people I then started making a few steem friends and before you know it I was an active member. Your feed back matters more than you think.
Quick note to all of you who have reviewed this post. @echowhale is a team of primarily 5 we have a sub that comes in and helps with up-votes, but @journeyoflife is the manager of @echowhale I mention this because a lot of people aren't aware of just how much she cares about the steemit community.
