Finally, thanks to https://www.asksteem.com/ now I just query the blockchain myself.
This is the code that pulls posts from the last seven days with payouts less than a dollar.
net_votes:<20 AND created:[2017-06-05 TO 2017-06-11] AND pending_payout_value:<1
If the age is more than 6 days 12 hours then you can't upvote, but this list is in reverse order so that down is back through time, just like it should be.
If you are here to help the little guys you can find them there, just change the dates, and keep an eye out for updates from @thekyle that simplify the matter.
Now get out there and vote up some little guys??!!
