He makes very good points, the way ye handle situations alienate low level users with little consideration.
In response to any comments ye continuously flag, This will always lead to situations like this.
surely you can understand why he would be venting as so when original flags were unwarranted.
The promotion he was using was legitimate and ye weren't responding to his request to discuss the issue for days.
