Have you ever dreamed of living in or visiting Hawaii?

Are you curious to know about what it would be like to live there, or where you should go when you visit? If so, then @crystalandhawaii’s blog posts might be just what you are looking for.

@crystalandhawaii is a relatively new Steemian who writes bilingual posts (English/Japanese) about food, cooking, and life in Hawaii. Many of her posts highlight local restaurants, stores and attractions, and would be a great starting place for anyone who is planning a trip to Hawaii and wants to see what Hawaii has to offer through the eyes of someone who is living there. Additionally, any Japanese language learners who are looking to improve their reading skills are sure to have fun perusing her posts.

Like many of us, @crystalandhawaii is interested in the world of cryptocurrency, and was drawn to Steemit by its unique (and accessible to anyone) way of mining. She is also thankful to all of the kind and great Steemians who have helped her get started on Steemit and would like to return the favor to newcomers who are struggling to find their way on Steemit. I asked @crystalandhawaii what three words describe her and her blog posts and this is what she had to say:

Hawaii. Relax. Fun!

If you haven’t given her a warm welcome already, please stop by @crystalandhawaii’s page and say hello.

I enjoyed and really appreciate your Amimdakuji Steem Giveaway.
Everyone, let's participate the next Amimdakuji!!

You're welcome. It's be fun exploring your blog, the most reason post featured a very strange egg. Is that something that can be found in Hawaii?

The next Amidakuji will be posted tomorrow.

The strange eggs are actually edible tropical fruit "Rambutan".
Rambutan is closely related to edible tropical fruits including the lychee, longan. Taste sweet and juicy grown in the Hawaii Island. So, you can get it in Hawaii :)

I see. The fruit looks a lot like the quail eggs that are so popular in Japan.

ohiyo, hi and welcome! ^_^

Thank you for your comment! Followed you.

This is very exciting! Welcome @crystalandhawaii! I also live in Honolulu :D welcome <3

An interesting account, thanks :)

You had me at Hawai'i but Japanese reading practice is most welcome too...

Yeah, without reading a little everyday, it doesn't matter how much time you put in studying kanji. It all goes out the window when you're trying to read a real article or story.
