I’m not quite sure I would call all dlive posts “low quality”, as there are some decent live streams and videos on there, but I can respect that the bot be used for regular steem posts.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    its more that people tend to drop the link and nothing else, and we cannot go thru every dlive link to assess whether its good content.
