In our quest to help minnows/newbies achieve their true potential, we've come up with a project that will help encourage minnows to contribute more to the community.

Before i proceed, We want to use this opportunity to say a very big thank you to @lukestokes who recently supported us by delegating 1,000 steem power to this community via his witness account @lukestokes.mhth

Steemnaira daily curation project upvotes introductory posts and we also curate undervalued exceptional posts made by newbies with the aim of motivating them.
We have 8 finders that will constantly be on the look out for minnows and they will be given a chance to submit a maximum of three posts per day. How ever, more members from steemnaira community will also join the Curators team.

Criteria For Curation

• Post must be from a newbie with a reputation of 43 (Maximum)

• Introductory posts should be at least 200 words long

• Other submissions should be at least 300 words long

• Post must not be less than 7 hours old

• Post must not be more than 20 hours old

• Post's payout must not be up to 2$ as at the time of curation
  NB: Introductory posts have a higher chance of approval.
  If posts meets all of the above requirements, approval will be based on the discretion of the curator.
  Steemnaira curates a maximum of 10 posts per day from different authors
