Why I am at 100% voting power, yet my vote is worth zero? I really do not understand. It's making it a little less enjoyable to vote, and I had been holding off voting much for a few days so my power could regenerate. Now, it's worth nothing?

It is because of the Steem price and your Steem Power.
At the current Steem price ($0.97) your 100% upvote with your 31.625 SP worth less than a cent (about $0.007). It is still added to the person's Potential payout but you can't see it.
You would need at least 35.2 SP to have an impact of $0.01.
I know it's sounds discouraging but if the Steem price will go up or you will make more SP, either way your upvotes will worth more in the future.

I think it has something to do with your SP (steem power). I think there is some type computer science formula type of thing... for example: (your number of upvotes + your number of comments) divided by your pant size + the number of dumps you took that specific day= your voting power %.

The voting value depends on your Voting Power, Steem Power and the Steem market price. The higher they are, the higher your vote. You can increase your SP by buying Steem or earning from your posts, then powering up. Check https://www.steemnow.com/ to see your vote's worth.
