Positivity makes you healthy and successful

When faced with setbacks and challenges, we've all received the well meaning advice to "stay positive ".
Pessimism is trouble because it's bad for your health. Numerous studies have shown that optimist are physically and psychologically healthier than pessimists. Optimists have lower levels of cardiovascular disease and longer life spans. Positivity requires knowing how to stop negative self-talk in its tracks. Any positive thoughts will help refocus your brain's attention.
Once you have identify a positive thoughts, draw your attention to that thought each time you find yourself dwelling on the negative.
Positivity is the relieving the states that makes life miserable, we should rather build a states that make life worth living less of a priority. Positive thinking attracts positive energy, our minds have an enormous capacity to connect the invisible to guide us to strive for the impossible.
Having compassion for once self and self encouragement that we can pursue a path of positivity.
All these steps will help reap the physical, mental and performance benefits that come with a positive frame of mind.
