Assalamu alaikum,
I send good wishes to all the readers here.
The last Ashara of Ramazan started yesterday and yesterday was the one of the first night that can be the night of Layla tul qadr. This night is a very important night and people should do good things at this night.
Now as this night is so important there are some misinformation spread by people on the internet.
There was one of the friend of my hubby who uploaded a status on WhatsApp yesterday where he shared a link to a webpage where there was written so many things about what to do on Layla tul qadr.
The things written on that webpage was false and there was no relevant proof of whatever was written on that webpage.
They shared about some special types of namaz that a person should read up recieve great rewards in this life as well as life after death.
The truth is that there is no special way of performing the namaz and one should read Namaz just like they read in other days.
Practice Qayam-ul-layl, read Quran, pray to God, ask for forgiveness.
Here is the dua for last Ashara of Ramazan.
Remember that you should never follow anyone blindly. There are countless number of people who are sharing these wrong information and they are not Islamic scholar.
Always refer to the Alim-e-Deen ( Islamic scholar ) who have proper knowledge about your religion so that you will not follow anything wrong in the name of religion.

May Allah forgive us and help us follow what is really useful for us. When you follow the Sunnah of prophet muhammad peace be upon him you will be rewarded.
