Campfire Pizza Sandwich
What do you need:
- 1 english muffin
- 3 pieces. Sliced pepperoni
- Pizza Sauce
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray
Spray a pie iron with cooking spray, then place the muffin sandwich inside. Close and cook over a campfire for 4-6 minutes. per side or to desired doneness. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
* The recipe is for 1 pizza sandwich. You can do as much as you can!
Chili and cheese combo
What do you need:
- 2 slices of Pullman bread
- 3 tablespoons of chili
- 2 tablespoons grated hard cheese
- 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon diced sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon diced sweet pickles
Hawaiian ham and cheese rolls
What do you need:
- 12 pieces Hawaiian buns
- 12 slices of deli ham
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons of prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons of grated onions
- 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Layer the bottom halves of ham and Swiss cheese and top with the top half. Wrap the rolls together in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place on a roasting pan and grill over a campfire for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
