There's a sure sense in which becoming a witness to the kingdom of Christ is each person's Godgiven duty, on the grounds that every man is made in the image of God. To be made in the image of God is to show to the entire creation the character of God. Be that as it may, since the fall of man, the Image of God in man has been darkened; we have not reflected and mirrored the glory of God to a fallen world.

Evangelism, then again, is the genuine decree—either oral or written, yet surely verbal—of the gospel. It is pronouncing the message of the personality and work of Christ, his identity and what He has done in the interest of gentiles and sinners like you and me.

That implies there are a few things that evangelism isn't. It isn't living your life for as an example for others to consider you good and follow your footsteps. It isn't building associations or friendship with people. It isn't giving one's personal declaration. What's more, it isn't inviting somebody to church. These things might be great and accommodating, however they are not evangelism. They may lay the preparation for evangelism. They may enable others to identify with us, or they may make somebody be interested regarding why we live the way we do. In any case, they are not evangelism, since they don't announce the gospel. They may say something in regards to Jesus, however they don't declare the person and work of Christ.

Indeed not every Christian is called to be an evangelist. In the New Testament, we see the church characterized as a body with unity in decent variety; the Holy Spirit offers gifts to each member from in the body of Christ. Each and every individual in the church has been skilled by the Holy Spirit to do and carry out some task to shoulder witness to Christ. There are teachers, evangelists, administrators, and a large group of different offices that Christ builds up in His church. Everybody, regardless of their gifts, must will to make a confession of faith themselves. Be that as it may, not every person is called to be what the New Testament calls an evangelist, somebody who centers around announcing the good news of Christ.

Some may give a sigh of relief, taking note of the trouble they have with informing and declaring to others about their faith. In any case, remember this: each Christian must will to confess Christ with their mouths, or they're a long way from the kingdom.

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

In like manner, it is each Christian's obligation to ensure that the job of evangelism is don. Are altogether teachers? No—however it is your duty as a part of the body of Christ to ensure that teaching is done regarding the witness of Christ. Is everybody evangelist? No—yet it is your obligation to ensure that the evangelist work is done. Along these lines, we as a whole have a part in the responsibility of the entire mission of the Church.

There is no venture that is more energizing than evangelism. We realize that lone the Holy Spirit can change a heart; yet to be utilized by God to convey that gospel to an individual—is there any more prominent benefit in this world than that? If the man who led me to Christ were sentenced a first degree murder, or scandalized the Christian people group by unbecoming behavior, or revoked his friendship with me, I would in any case be everlastingly appreciative that he opened his mouth and taught me about Christ. When I consider him, I reconsider of that content, "How beautiful are the feet of they that preached the good news!"
