The buzz is around town: there's going to be an absinthe distillery in Missoula. As a town with a bustling cocktail scene, three distilleries, nine breweries, two float labs, two breakout rooms, and a kava bar, Missoula is eager to welcome Bryce Distillery into the business community.
The distillery is currently raising funds to build a tasting room, which will host events such as murder mystery parties and live jazz. Backers of Bryce Distillery are eligible for over thirty perks, which include exclusive first-batch bottles, the distillery-minted BOOZECOIN, and the opportunity to sit on the writing board for the highly anticipated murder mystery parties.

With a successful campaign, Bryce Distillery will be open in March of 2018, producing authentic Franco-Swiss style absinthe.
The model of the distillery is in itself very Swiss in its unwavering commitment to local agriculture, and the recycling of its organic byproducts to local farms.
