At 74-68, the Philadelphia Phillies have gotten the most out of their lineup – but they’re still two games out of a Wild Card berth in the National League playoffs. The Phillies will try to bridge the gap this week when they host the NL East-leading Atlanta Braves for a big four-game series. Game 3 is Wednesday night at 7:05 PM ET on ESPN, the first of a double-header on the Worldwide Leader.

Zach Eflin (4.31 ERA) will take the mound for Philadelphia in this matchup. Eflin has a team record of 9-15 with the UNDER at 12-11-1; the young right-hander has only gotten 3.96 runs of support per game, while the Phillies are six games above .500 despite a run differential of minus-1 on the season.
Former AL Cy Young winner Dallas Keuchel (3.47 ERA) responds for the 89-55 Braves. Since signing a one-year deal in June, the veteran southpaw has led Atlanta to a 9-6 record with the UNDER at 11-3-1. There’s a slight chance Keuchel won’t have to face Phillies OF Bryce Harper (.870 OPS), who missed the last two games after getting hit on the hand by a pitch and is listed as day-to-day.

MLB Odds: Braves-Phillies on ESPN

There’s not much time left for the 74-68 Philadelphia Phillies to make their playoff push. They’ll host the 89-55 Atlanta Braves this Wednesday in Game 3 of a four-game series, starting at 7:05 PM ET on ESPN.

Zach Eflin (4.31 ERA) throws for the Phillies in a tough matchup with former Cy Young winner Dallas Keuchel (3.47 ERA). Eflin has gotten just 3.96 runs per game in support, leading to a team record of 9-15, while the Braves are 9-6 behind Keuchel despite giving him only 4.20 runs per game. The UNDER is 11-3-1 in Keuchel’s 15 starts thus far.
