The cellar dwellers of the American League East will meet this Tuesday for the first of three games from Camden Yards. The Baltimore Orioles have the second-worst record in the Majors at 49-100 and don’t appear to be coming out of that tailspin anytime soon.

The Blue Jays, on the other hand, sport a 59-91 record at press, but are showcasing some high-quality talent in the final weeks of the season. Several of the Jays’ top pitching prospects have made their Big League debuts this month, and that’s resulted in two consecutive series victories over the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees.

Font has been a consistent pitcher for Toronto since coming over from the Mets in July, and has surrendered just three hits and one earned run in his previous four outings.

We could see rookie TJ Zeuch follow Font in this one. The Orioles are expected to send one of their young pitchers to the mound as well on Tuesday, as recent call-up Chandler Shepherd is slated to get the start. Shepherd has come out of the bullpen in his previous two appearances this season, but was a successful starter in the minors. Game time is set for 7:07 PM ET.

MLB Odds: Jays Look to Continue Winning Ways versus Orioles

The Toronto Blue Jays are coming off of an impressive series victory over the AL-leading New York Yankees, and will look to continue that momentum when they face the Baltimore Orioles for the first of three games beginning this Tuesday. The Jays will send Wilmer Font to the mound to open up the game.

Baltimore has already reached 100 losses on the season, and will challenge the Detroit Tigers for the worst record in the Bigs by season’s end. Baltimore doesn’t have the young talent that Jays’ fans have been able to get excited about, but they’ll send one of their better pitching prospects to the mound on Tuesday when Chandler Shepherd gets the ball. First pitch is set for 7:07 PM ET. Get your MLB odds at Bodog today.
