Plutko has a team record of 13-5 for Cleveland with the Under at 11-7, while Velasquez has the Phillies at 12-9 (Under 13-8).
Cleveland find themselves locked in a three-way battle with Oakland and Tampa Bay for the two AL Wild Card berths, but they also face a shortage in the outfield with Franmil Reyes (.808 OPS) away from the team for family reasons.
