It's 5 simple combinations that I find helpful for heavy bag training, teaching you how to change your distancing as you keep hitting. It's easy to punch and kick randomly into the air, but without footwork you will get stuck too close, or miss your target too far away. These heavy bag combos will help you improve your footwork as well as your striking.
These moves are useful to learn as a beginner but are also useful for advanced people too. They're great on the heavy bags, punching bags, and standing bags.
