Ice Tea and raspberry syrup... my addictions... So this week in the spirit of Trump, to MMB (make myself better) and following the advice of augstine and cicero I will attempt this week to cut down on both those sugary drinks.
And rather than go the abstention path I will allow myself one half glass of ice tea per day and a full big glass syrup, for one week.
That and youtube sport and stretching. And more fruits whole and in juice. Maybe even try one meal a day of fruit... but that part isn't sure. maybe a pineapple diet...
Right now my weight is @ 108.57 % over my target.

high quality sugar drink, like raspberry syrup (I know it is mostly sugar laced with taste even if organic and co) and Ice tea (at least there is tea leaves infusion and sugar), then I can recommend anything wheat with melted or grilled cheese with bacon taste boosters... and if you really need to gain, air fried french fries with guacamole or other home made mayonnaise ketchup and co...
don't complain after ward... the real question is how big you are, how high your metabolism is and if you have all the nutrients to be healty... weight per se doen't mean anything. I would feel lighter with 8.57% less weight :D (and then eat more of those mentioned above treats :D).
